DEPOSITS

W hen booking online a deposit of 25% is required before your booking will be accepted. When booking via e-mail or phone a deposit (minimum $200) equal to one-third of the total price is required within 7 days to confirm the booking.

ACCOUNT BALANCE

The balance of your account is payable by cash, Visa, MasterCard,  or EFTPOS on arrival

CANCELLATIONS

Low Season – 7 days or more notification: refund of deposit, less $50 admin fee.  Less than 7 days: no refund.
Mid & High Season – 14 days or more notification: refund of deposit, less $50 admin fee. Less than 14 days: no refund.

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

 

 

 

 

 

UNIT ALLOCATION

Whilst every effort will be made by Management to place guests in a requested apartment. Circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening, and an alternative apartment will be selected

 

 

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUTS
